2. Information you give us
When you request a Growth Review, the contact form prepares a WhatsApp message containing the details you enter: your name, email, store name, website, what you sell, platform, ad spend, challenges, services of interest and any notes. Nothing is sent until you press Send in WhatsApp. If you email us, we receive whatever you include in that email.
3. WhatsApp
Messages you send us on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under its own privacy policy. We use these messages only to reply to you and assess whether we are a good fit for your business.
4. Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit) to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive. Google may set cookies and process this usage data on our behalf. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on.
5. How we use your information
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, deliver agreed services and improve this website. We do not sell your personal information.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting client relationship, and for any period required by law.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR), you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, or object to its processing. Email contact@digitalforge.lt and we will respond within one month.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
